Mr. Washington Odongo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent (UK). He holds a Certificate in Legislative Drafting from the Kenya School or Law and a Certificate in Management from the Kenya Institute of Management. He is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, and the Association of Competition Law Scholars (ASCOLA). His areas of interest include Legislative Drafting, Competition law as well as Civil Procedure and the law of Evidence. He currently serves as a member of the Committee on Law Reform and Legislation at the Law Society of Kenya.
